• Chat conversations. If you use the Lumi chat assistant on the Site, we collect the messages you send, the assistant's replies, and basic technical data about the chat session. Please do not share sensitive information — such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or payment card details — in the chat.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our servers automatically record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and access times. We use this for security, troubleshooting, and to keep the Site working properly.
• Preferences stored on your device. The Site stores your light/dark display preference in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device.

How We Use Information

How Information Is Shared

We share information only in these limited situations:

• Service providers. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by an email delivery provider (currently Resend). Our website and the Lumi chat assistant are built and operated on our behalf by Lumorise, and chat messages are processed on Lumorise's systems (which may include AI technology providers) solely to provide the chat service. Our website is hosted by third-party hosting infrastructure. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
• Embedded services. Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map. When the map loads, Google may collect usage data under its own privacy policy.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
• Business transactions. If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Lumi Chat Assistant

The Site includes "Lumi," an automated chat assistant operated on our behalf by Lumorise. Replies are generated automatically using artificial intelligence — you are not chatting with a live person. Conversations may be stored and reviewed by us and by Lumorise to respond to your inquiry, improve the assistant, and maintain security. To keep your conversation available as you browse, the chat stores a random session token in your browser's local storage; it identifies your chat session, not you personally, and remains until you clear your browser data. Cookies

The public Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only for authorized staff who log in to the administrative area. The Lumi chat assistant stores a session token in your browser's local storage as described above.

Data Retention

We keep contact inquiries only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and technical logs for a limited period for security purposes. Records related to actual vehicle transactions are kept as required by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
